Online Water Heater Pricing
Water Heater Replacement, Priced Online
Pick your water heater — tank, tankless, or hybrid heat pump — and see your committed installed price. Reserve your installation in minutes, no phone call required.
Not sure what size you have?
Find the rating plate — a sticker or stamped label on the side of the tank, usually near the top. Look for a line that says Capacity, Nom. Cap., or Rated Storage — it lists the gallons (e.g., 40, 50, 75). No luck? The size is often in the model number. As a rough height guide: ~40 gal ≈ 46–48″ · 50 gal ≈ 50–60″ · 75–80 gal noticeably taller. Still unsure? Pick the closest — we'll confirm exact fit when we arrive.

Common Questions
Water Heater FAQ
Is this the real installed price or just an estimate?
The price shown is a committed installed price for that water heater — it includes the unit, standard installation, code-required materials, permits, and haul-away of your old heater. We confirm the final fit on-site before any work begins; if your setup needs something non-standard, we review it with you first.
What's included in the installed price?
Every installation includes the new water heater, standard connections and fittings, code-required materials (such as expansion tank, drain pan, and venting where applicable), all required permits, and removal and disposal of your old unit.
Tank, tankless, or hybrid heat pump — which should I pick?
Most homeowners replace like-for-like. Tank units are the lowest upfront cost and simplest swap. Tankless gas units deliver endless hot water and save space. Hybrid heat-pump units are the most efficient and qualify for the biggest energy savings — and our 120V plug-in model lets you switch from gas to electric without a panel upgrade.
How do I know what size I have?
Check the rating plate on the side of your current tank for the capacity in gallons, or look for the size in the model number. When in doubt, pick the closest size — we confirm exact fit on-site. Most Phoenix-area homes use a 40 or 50-gallon unit.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Goodleap, Service Finance, and Wisetack. The monthly figures shown are approximate based on a 60-month term. Your final terms are confirmed at install.
How soon can you install?
Most water heater replacements are completed within 1–2 business days of your request — often same-day for standard tank swaps. Reserve online and we'll call within one business day to schedule.
