The Core of The Plan
24/7 Remote Monitoring App
Your DeGeorge technician will install four small sensors on your HVAC and plumbing system—at the air return, an HVAC register, the unit’s drain pan, and the water heater’s drain pan. You’ll then connect them through the PALM app and a small hub, similar to a router. The sensors can:
- Predict HVAC system failures before they happen
- Help you catch small issues before they turn into a major failure
- Show you filter health – change your filters when needed but not before
- Alert you to water at the HVAC system or water heater before major water damage can happen
